Who operates this site, under what identity, and the rules for using it.

There is no company behind AGISports, and therefore no company number and no Commercial Registry entry. AGISports is a trade name used by the person above, not a legal entity. If that changes, this section changes with it and the date is recorded here.

02What this site is
AGISports publishes weekly engineering drills, reviews the recorded sessions people send in, and publishes the scores and rankings that come out of them.
It is not an employer, a recruitment agency, a training provider or a marketplace. It does not sell engineering work, does not place candidates, and does not charge anyone anything.
03Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote this site freely.
You may not scrape it to rebuild the drill library or the Index elsewhere, impersonate a participant, or use anything published here to identify, contact or profile a participant off the site.
You may not attack the arena infrastructure, attempt to reach another participant’s graded environment, or automate account creation.
04Intellectual property
The rubric, the Orchestration Index methodology, the drill library, the arena scaffolding and fixtures, the site design and its copy belong to the operator.
Arenas built from open source projects keep their original licence and their attribution, which travels with the repository in NOTICE.md. Nothing in this notice overrides an upstream licence.
Code you write is yours. See the terms — we claim no ownership over it, and there is no clause anywhere on this site that transfers it to us.
05Third parties
Links to GitHub, YouTube or anywhere else are not endorsements, and we do not control what is on the other side.
The site loads no third-party scripts and sets no cookies on its public pages. Page analytics are aggregate and carry no cross-site identifier, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
06Liability
The site is provided as is. A published score is the measurement of one recorded session against a published rubric; it is not a prediction of performance in any particular job, and nothing here is a recommendation to hire or to invest.
Drills run on your own machine with your own tools. What your agent does to your filesystem, your credentials or your bill is between you and your tools.
07Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are acting as a consumer, you keep every right Spanish and EU consumer law gives you, including bringing a claim before the courts of your own domicile. We do not ask you to waive that.
